Razzamajazz for Alto Sax

This is a fun book of jazzy pieces with a 'feel good' accompaniment to encourage students in the early stages of learning. Although this collection of pieces is not a method book, it can be used in the earliest stages of study to introduce notes. The pieces start with the soloist using just one note, and progress to using up to ten. When a new note is introduced, it is illustrated in notation and a fingering diagram. The CD includes each piece twice, once with alto sax and piano and again with piano only so that the student can play along. Piano accompaniment is also included in the book along with a pull-out part for the soloist.
